1) What are the schedules for renting a room? Can I arrive at any time at the hotel?

Our rooms are rented From 5pm to 11am. We also rent during the day for a relaxing break on the way to your holiday, call reception for conditions + 33 5 58 09 62 17.
If you opted for a reservation guaranteed by a credit card you will be able to access your room at any time, 4pm the day of your arrival.
Outside the hotel reception opening hours, thanks to the interactive terminal located at the entrance of the hotel, you can retrieve your room number and the access code. Remember to bring your reservation number and your credit card for payment.
If you opt for a reservation without a bank guarantee, your room is booked until 6 pm. Beyond this hour and without any news from you, it is put back on sale.

2) Can I pay for my stay with holiday checks?

Of course ! The payment of your stay with holiday checks is possible when arriving at the hotel during the opening hours of the reception.
Note: payment by holiday checks is not possible in the case of a reservation of a promotional offer, for which an online payment is required or for the reservations in the partner sites.

3) Must I pay for a supplement for my cat or my dog?

We welcome your pet.it must be kept on a lead and can accompany you to your room for an additional 8.00 € per night.
Of course, for the well-being of all, he will not be able to access the breakfast room.

4) Can a baby bed be added to the room? Do you provide baby beds?

For safety reasons, this may vary from room to room. We invite you to contact the hotel directly at the opening hours of the reception or by e-mail.

5) How to book hotel parking

The hotel has a car parking lot and large enough for larger vehicles. It also has an enclosed garage for bicycles and motorcycles, we advise you to call the reception during opening hours for availabilities. The hotel is under video surveillance, but is not guarded. The hotel accepts no liability for items left inside your vehicule.

6) What time can I have breakfast?

An all-you-can-eat breakfast is available from 7 am to 9:30 am. An early lunch tray can be served for early departures.

7) How do I get a confirmation of my reservation?

If you have booked online on our website, mobile version, or mobile application, you will automatically receive a confirmation to the email address entered at the time of your reservation. If you booked by phone, in order to get a confirmation of your reservation, we invite you to leave your email address.
 

8) How to use the pool?

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, from 09 am to 9.30 pm. It is not heated or monitored. Sun loungers and parasols are at disposal, no reservation possible.The hotel can rent pool towels. Children under the age of 13 are not admitted without the presence of their parents.

9) How do I get a duplicate of my invoice?

We can not issue duplicate invoices directly online. For this, we invite you to get closer to the hotel during the opening hours of the reception, or to ask for it directly by mail.
